Gowthaman Namachivayam, who brings over 15 years of rich experience in civil, mechanical, TWAD board, PEB, road, and bridge infrastructure projects.

Rtn. Gowthaman Namachivayam is the dynamic and visionary leader behind AAnddal Group. Born in Kangeyam and raised with strong values, Gowthaman’s journey began with deep inspiration from his mother and company founder, Mrs. Gandhimathi Namachivayam, who laid the foundation of AAnddal Group in 2010 in the small village of Vellottamparappu.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience, he has successfully led and executed a wide range of civil and mechanical projects — including TWAD board works, bridge projects, mass water tank installations, road infrastructure, and cutting-edge pre-engineered buildings. His professional career began at MRPL – Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited, and soon expanded to prestigious national-scale projects such as NTPC Unit 2 – North Chennai.

Today, under his leadership, AAnddal Group has grown into a trusted, fast-growing company delivering industrial, civil, and prefab container solutions across Tamil Nadu and beyond.
